Two evenings ago I made a grocery impulse buy: Farmer Cheese Small Batch--16 0z (Lifeway brand)
Upon looking at a variety of internet recipes to figure out what to do with it, I found yours. It was simple, and I was happy to discover I had all of the ingredients--a miracle!
I made it up straight away. It looks wonderful--light and fluffy and am putting it in the fridge for a 6:00 bbq.
I hope you like it, Karen! It's our favorite side for BBQ! Happy 4th!
I had to come find this! We are big cottage cheese eaters at our house, so we would definitely enjoy this. My husband is a griller, so I don't get much shot at it. Which is just as well, it's nice to have the night off every once in a while!
OMG, this post is so old, I'm embarrassed, lol. Working slowly (really slowly) on updating some oldies but goodies. My husband doesn't care much for cottage cheese, so more for me, ha!
What a really great recipe, my friends love it too!
thanks for trying it out Loud SEO 🙂
So simple but so delicious. Your photos are really gorgeous. Take care, BAM
Thank you BAM and thanks for stopping by 🙂
This cheese salad looks so yummy Jas! Enjoy the rest of your Monday.
Thank you Judy. This is a confused mix as I like to call it, but it tastes surprisingly refreshing.
