Unwind after work with this aromatic cocktail, three-ingredient Italian iced tea.
Italian Iced Tea
I'm not a drinker, but what is better after a long hard day at work than a cold glass of iced tea? Italian iced tea, that is. I like an occasional cocktail that is not too strong because I can't hold my liquor.
Even half a glass of wine makes my limbs like rubber. This cocktail is not too strong and is so simple to make with only three ingredients.
I can't believe I was ever to say these words, but I am looking forward to fall (and consequently winter). I want to kiss this summer goodbye! It was too hot, too humid, too rainy with major floods, and way too long.
The temps are still in the nineties (Fahrenheit), and mosquitoes are thriving. I have never seen that many! Imagine Hitchcock's movie Birds but with mosquitoes. I kid you not.
I'm constantly waving my arms like those wacky inflatable tube people you see at car dealerships. Winter can't come soon enough to kill off those bloodsuckers!
Husband spent pretty money on some special bug repellent, but, alas, it's only for outdoors. Hence we picnicked outside despite buggy bugs and enjoyed a glass of Italian iced tea, undisturbed.
How's the weather in your neck of the woods? Are you ready for the season to change?
