36 Kid Friendly Recipe Ideas For Picky Eaters

36 Kid Friendly Recipe Ideas For Picky Eaters

I would be grateful if you shared this post ❤

Got a child who is a picky eater? These 36 kid-friendly recipe ideas are easy to make and fun to eat and are approved by the little (and big) picky eaters.

36 Recipe ideas that are kid friendly

I was a very picky eater until I got pregnant with my daughter. Something shifted, whether my hormones or she had arranged my intestines (ha), but the food was finally appealing to me.

As a matter of fact, I felt like I had to compensate for years of not eating. Sometimes I wish I didn’t have such a “healthy appetite”. As much as I wished to gain weight when I was young, I’m wishing now to lose it. But I have no self-discipline, as I mentioned in my no-bake energy bites and my failed attempt to satisfy my sweet tooth in a healthy way.

My poor mom went through a lot of struggle to get me to eat so I’m sure she would’ve loved these 36 kid friendly recipe ideas. Luckily, my granddaughters are not as selective. They’re only picky on occasion. 🙂

Do you have picky eaters at home, young or old? Do you use any tricks or do you go by take-it-ot-leave-it rule?

When all else fails, introducing new food always helps. This roundup is a collection of recipe ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and snack. Kids love them all, even the healthy ones 😉

Mr Shoes once took me to a fancy sushi joint where (knowing nothing) we ordered a sample platter; you’d think I could’ve found one thing on that platter that I enjoyed but, not so much. Even Mr Shoes, who ate it all, said as we left, “Well, we’ve done it now so there’s no need to ever eat sushi again.”
Your frushi, on the other hand, I’m pretty sure there wouldn’t be so much fuss over eating.

Haha, I prefer fried sushi over raw but these fruit ones are sure yummy and fun to eat!
