24 Unique Grilling Recipes

A roundup of unusual ideas for summer grilling.

I would be grateful if you shared this post ❤

I don’t know about you, but I avoid turning on my stove in summer as much as I can. There’s nothing better than food made by the smoke and sear of a grill. Although we love grilled brats, burgers, and other grilling favorites we also like trying new, unique grilling recipes.

A collection of 24 rare recipes you can make on your BBQ

Think Outside of the Box This Grilling Season!

Grilling vegetables (other than corn) it’s a given. It goes great with everything. Fish and chicken are also our favorites. I kind of stick with the same seasonings though, so we get tired of that too. That being said, I’ve collected 24 unique grilling recipes to help you (and me) get inspired.

I can’t wait to try them all. From chicken, fish, and beef to tofu, fruit and even a dessert! A bit for every taste or diet.

Of course, these meals can be easily made in your oven. On the same token, meals that you normally bake could be grilled instead. Think outside the box! My roasted cauliflower steaks are going on the grill asap and I can serve them with my aioli or tahini sauce from Strength and Sunshine (recipe #8).

Speaking of thinking outside the box, when you have leftover burgers, put them in a salad! It’s to die for!

Tzatziki sauce is a perfect replacement for ketchup and mustard. Easy to make, light, fresh, and flavorful, our whole family loves it. As I always say: try new food!

What are some of your favorites from the grill? I’d love to get more ideas because summer just started.

So let’s fire up the grill and celebrate the grilling season with these 24 unique grilling recipes, shall we? Click on thumbnails to view the recipe.

These all look so delicious Jas. Winter or summer we always have a braai (our South African version of a BBQ) over the weekend. It’s like our national sport after rugby 😉 I can’t wait to share this with the hubby so we can try them out.
