breaded, tails removed shrimp (or fresh, shelled and deveined that you can coat in dry cornstarch and deep fry)

mayonnaise

chili garlic sauce

granulated sugar

rice vinegar

small head iceberg lettuce
chopped

green onion
scallion, sliced white and green parts

Instructions
Bake the shrimp according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, mix the mayo, chili sauce, sugar, and vinegar in a large bowl. Add hot baked shrimp and toss to coat.
Serve immediately over lettuce and sprinkled with chopped green onion.
Notes
You can deep-fry the shrimp instead of baking in the oven. If you choose to do so, drain on paper towels before coating with the sauce.
Also, you can use fresh shrimp that is shelled and deveined, pat dry, and coat in cornstarch before deep-frying them.
