14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

cup
coconut milk
2
teaspoons
lime zest
1
tablespoon
lime juice
Few drops of coconut extract

Instructions
In a mixing
bowl
,
whisk
together condensed and coconut milk.
Next, add lime zest and juice to the mixture and stir. Add extract and coconut if using.
Pour into
popsicle molds
or a container (for ice cream).
Freeze for 4 to 5 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Add ¼ cup shredded sweetened coconut to the mixture.
